Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (45%) Rear (50%). Pulsation from front brake rotors.
Replace front brake pad linings and brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Reassemble brake components back together to specs. Road test vehicle.
Flush brake system.Including master cylinder,lines and hoses and replace with new fluid and bleed system.Road test for proper operation.

Tech started engine and no warning lights present. Performed road test, all okay. Scan computer code P2173 – Throttle actuator control system high air flow. – Tech check for vacuum leaks, none found. Tech noticed throttle body dirty and performed service and reset computer system. Performed another road test, all okay, Let engine sit for awhile and QC tech performed road test and lighting bolt in dash came on and engine started to hesitate. Re scan computer and found same trouble code P2173 appeared. Advised customer need to start with replacing throttle body assembly.
Remove any obstruction to access throttle body. Clean the throttle body intake. Clean carbon from throttle body passages and plates. Replace any obstruction in reverse order. Test drive vehicle for proper operation.
Tech had to rewire new connector with new throttle body installation.

RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – V6 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and recharge.]
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
Recover R1234YF to perform radiator replacement. Recharge system back to factory specs. Test vent out put.

Remove Wheel from Vehicle. Dismount Tire from Wheel , Sand any corrosion or rust from Wheel. Install patch plug to specs. Reseal Wheel and Mount tire to specs. Re-check for anymore leaks. Re-torque wheel lug nuts to specs.

Check right rear wheel hub bearing & has play. Recommend replace right rear wheel hub, bearing & abs sensor first. Then recheck system. advised customer of our findings.
