Tech verified emergency brake cable is loose. Upon further inspection Tech was able to retract emergency brake cable lever by hand. Will show customer how to pull lever up by hand. Advised customer of our findings.
Tech verified brake light on. Upon further inspection Tech was able to pull emergency brake release by hand and brake light is off at this time. Advised customer of our findings.
Tech could not duplicate rattling noise at this time. Upon further inspection Tech found dust cap cover was off on left front tire. Tech re secured dust cap on left front tire. Possible rattling noise. Tech heard a rattling noise (11/18/2025) possible timing chain. Advised customer of our findings.
Tech verified back up camera has a blue screen and is not working. Tech checked power and ground to camera, all seems good. Upon further inspection Tech determined bad camera. Advised customer of our findings.

Tech verified no check engine light on at this time. Scan computer to find codes B1380-17, B116D, B116E. Inspect data history to find evidence of misfires from cylinder #1. Test drive vehicle to duplicate check engine light comes on, flashes & stutters with harder acceleration. Re scan computer to find code P0301 (Misfire Cylinder #1). Monitor current data to verify misfires at cylinder #1. Check circuit to #1 coil & seems ok. Switch coil #1 with coil #2, run vehicle & verified misfires went to cylinder #2. Check coil & is faulty. Switch coil back to cylinder #1 & misfires follow back to #1. Advised customer of our findings.
IGNITION COIL #1 – Remove & Replace – 3.5L Eng One
Tech verified tires have low tread. Also noticed noise when driving possibly from front differential.
