    • Customer called AAA for tow.
    • Tech performed inspection to find upper radiator hose faulty. Unable to drive vehicle to verify if any more overheating issues have occurred. Scanned computer to find codes P0117 (Engine coolant temp sensor circuit low), P0171 (System too lean B1). Advised customer of our findings.
    • After repairs tech was able to drive vehicle to verify repairs.
    • THERMOSTAT &/OR OUTLET – Remove & Replace – 2.5L Eng
    • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
    • CHECK AND TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS
    • tTech verified blower only works on high. Check circuit to resistor & not getting signal from switch. With further inspection found blower motor switch faulty. When moving blower knob the blower motor will intermittently operate on the other speeds. Recommend replace blower motor switch first. Then recheck system. Advised customer of our findings.

    • Technician performed inspection. Found clicking sound from both front axles. Found both front lower ball joints loose and lower control arm bushings torn. Advise customer of our filings. Customer authorized replacement of worst axle and both front lower control arm with ball joint replacement.
