    • Test drive vehicle to verify abs activation & warning lights coming on. Scan system to find code C0040 (Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Erratic). Monitor data to find right front out of spec. With further inspection found a broken thrust washer at right front outer cv joint to inside hub assembly. Seems like broken washer is causing interference with abs signal. Remove broken washer parts to test drive vehicle again. No warning lights on after washer parts removed. Recommend install new washer & recheck system. Advised customer of our findings.
    • Inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (30%) Rear (60%)
    • Replace thrust washer from right front outer cv joint to inner wheel hub.

    • Tech verified check engine light is on. Scan computer to find codes for evap system. Clear codes at this time. Will need more time to diagnose when light returns. Advised customer of our findings.
    • Tech verified right front turn signal not working. With further inspection found right front turn signal socket rusted with weak connection. Was able to adjust to work at this time. Recommend replace right front turn signal socket. Advised customer of our findings.
    • We have diagnosed and repaired your "Check Engine Light" or "Service Engine Soon Light". Be advised that more than twenty (20) conditions can trigger this light. The symptoms may be very similar as the original complaint but may be caused by a different component. There will be an additional charge for diagnosis if the light is triggered by any component not covered under this repair.

    • Tech verified check engine light is on. Scan computer to find code P0299 Engine under boost condition. Technician performed inspection and testing for code. Found engine air filter dirty recommend replacement of air filter first. Advised customer of our findings.

    • Tech verified customers concern, scan computer for trouble codes found C0045 – Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit erratic. Performed inspection of wheel bearings and found left rear wheel bearing is missing a chunk of magnet from the hub assembly. Advised customer need to start with replacing the left rear wheel bearing and recheck it.
    • Note lots of rust build up at wheel bearing hub assembly.

    • Tech verified there is something in tire & tire is low tread with a lot of cracks. Recommend replace tire. Advised customer of our findings.
    • Dismount old tires. Clean oxidation off wheels and reseal. Mount and computer balance wheels to specs. Remount back onto car.
    • Tire Tax User Fee & Disposal fee for 2 Tires.
    • Tech verified there is water in trunk spare tire area. Was able to drill in bottom area to release water.

    • Tech verified blower motor not working. Check circuit to blower motor & seems ok at this time. Check blower motor & is intermittently faulty. Was able to tap blower motor & it starts to operate again. Recommend replace blower motor first. Then recheck system. Advised customer of our findings.
    • BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace
    • REPLACE PASSENGER FRONT WINDOW REGULATOR – Remove & Replace – Front- CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PART NO WARRANTY!!!

    • Inspect battery terminals and cables. Charge battery to full capacity. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings. Battery fails test.
    • Remove battery, clean cables & terminal ends. Install new battery. Check system for proper operation.
