    Services Performed
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (30%) Rear (20%) Brake pulsation when braking
    • Replace front brake pad linings and brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Reassemble brake components back together to specs. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Replace rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.
    • Technician performed inspection. Found AC system low. Advise customer of our findings.
    • A/C SYSTEM – Complete Charge – [Includes: Recover, evacuate, and recharge system.] – w/Front
    • PERFORM ENGINE CLEANING AND DEGREASING
    • A/C DISCLAIMER: After repairs are completed and system is recharged we perform a complete A/C systems test for performance and for leaks. There are no more leaks at this time and the system is performing properly. We cannot be responsible for any refrigerant leakage from other components that may leak in the future that are not part of this repair.

    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (80%) Rear (90%) Brake indicator light on and right rear brake sensor faulty.
    • Technician performed replacement of brake sensor at right rear wheel. Found brake sensor light is still on. Advise customer need to perform additional diagnosis for failure. Customer declined additional diagnosis at this time for repair related to brake warning light on.
    • Technician performed inspection. Found leak at valve cover gasket. Advise customer need to replace valve cover gasket first and clean engine area for re inspection for additional oil leaks.
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace
    • CLEAN AND DEGREASE ENGINE
    • CUSTOMER REQUEST TIGHTEN SPARE TIRE

    • Customer called AAA for tow.
    • Tech verified left rear tire is blown apart. Other three tires have low tread also. Recommend replace all tires at this time. Advised customer of our findings.
    • Dismount old tires. Clean oxidation off wheels and reseal. Mount and computer balance wheels to specs. Remount back onto car.
    • Tire User Tax Fee & Disposal of 4 Tires
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (95%) Rear (80%)
