    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (40%) Rear (10%). Tech verified noise from left rear brakes. Slight brake pulsation from front brake rotors.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Replace rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.
    • Test drive vehicle but did not verify hesitation at this time.

    • Tech verified there is oil leaks from valve cover gasket & timing cover gasket.
    • TIMING COVER GASKET & VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – 2.5L Eng Sealant,w/o California Emissions – [Includes: Replace Front Oil Seal(s).]
    • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core . Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
    • Tech verified front wheel nuts should be replaced. Did not find a broken wheel stud at this time.
    • Tech verified there is noise in front when driving & turning. With further inspection found front backing plates hitting rotors.
    • Rotate tires, check tire psi and adjust to specs. Torque wheel nuts and road test for proper operation. Brake System Lining remaining is: Front (80%) Rear (90%).
    • Tech recommends to replace spark plugs at this time.
    • Reduced labor with other repairs.-RH
