- Tech verified drivers head light is not working. Also drivers rear lower tail light bulb was out but works when tapping lens. With further inspection found faulty ground wire connector for drivers side head light circuit. Was able to repair ground. Seems ok at this time. Replaced bulb in left rear lower tail light.
- Tech verified heated seats do not work. Check fuses & seem ok at this time. Possible fault with module and/or heating grids inside seats. Advised customer of our findings.
